Exchange and return policy
If you need to make an exchange or return, please follow these steps:
RETURN DUE TO DEFECT
- You have 5 calendar days from delivery to request a return for defects or if you do not like the product.
- We provide free tracking number for return.
- Pack the product securely for shipping.
- We will not refund if it arrives damaged due to improper packaging.
- 100% refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after evaluation.
CHANGE OF SIZE OR COLOR
- You have 5 calendar days after delivery of the product to request an exchange.
- You will receive shipping instructions.
- To exchange a size, there is a small fee of $250 that covers shipping and handling.
- Make sure to pack the product securely. If the product arrives damaged, we won't be able to process the exchange.

Please send:
- Order number.
- Name of the buyer.
- Photos of products to be returned.
- Specifications of the desired model.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This policy applies only to orders within the Mexican Republic.
- No international exchanges or returns are made.
- No exchanges or returns are made on gifts or promotions where we include the gift.
- All exchange and/or return processes will be evaluated by our team.
- Products must be unused, with all original tags and in their original packaging.
