Shipping Zones

We ship throughout Mexico, the United States, and Canada. For international shipments, please contact us directly to verify availability and costs.

Delivery Times

• The estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, depending on availability in our warehouse and the delivery location.

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Process

  1. Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we will process your order.
  2. You will receive an email with the tracking number to track your package.
  3. You can track your shipment at any time through the assigned courier service.

Important Information

• Promotional products must be added to the cart when placing the order. Once completed and paid for, it is not possible to add gift products.

• Available promotions cannot be combined.

• Payments made with PayPal may be subject to review by the platform. Once the payment is released, we will process your order immediately.
